Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour

The role:

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex.

This role will be mainly for weekend cover and is great if you are looking for flexible part time, casual hours that can fit in around your lifestyle.

The Quays Swimming and Diving Centre is situated near Southampton Harbour and is one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK. There is a 10m diving board with an 18m diving pool, with public swim sessions and swimming lessons taking place in a separate 25m main pool and a state-of-the-art gym, complete with cardio and strength areas, group exercise classes are delivered in dedicated studios.

You will:

• Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre
• Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets
• Administer and maintain our membership schemes
• Administer a booking system

You will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT and administration skills
• An understanding of the importance of customer care
• Experience in dealing with customers

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
