  • Providing advocacy on welfare, housing, health and asylum support.
  • Coordinating destitution and practical support services.

  • Experience delivering casework to vulnerable clients, ideally within refugee or asylum contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, including working with interpreters and diverse communities.
  • The ability to manage volunteers and work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of asylum seekers’ rights and entitlements, and how to advocate effectively.
