Rosewood Court, our stunning Retirement Scheme based in Wellingborough are looking to recruit a Care and Support Worker to join the team.

We are looking for naturally caring, compassionate and patient individuals to join us who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent, Person-Centred Care. The successful candidates will be able to use their own initiative and able to problem solve through quick thinking as situations arise. You will be able to clearly communicate with our service users both verbally and in writing as they themselves may struggle to communicate effectively.
The Role
- Role: Care and Support Worker
- Hours/ Shifts: Part time, 21 hours per week. Day shifts.
- Rate: £13.64 per hour
- Location: Rosewood Court, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1NP

Please note all Care and Support Workers will need to be fully flexible across a rota system.
As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
- Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
- Encourage independence and self-belief
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
- Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service
- Flexible with hours.
