Salary: £27,500 (per annum)

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and community-focused person to join our team as a Capacity Building Officer. You will support ethnically diverse community organisations across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) to grow, become more sustainable and have a stronger voice in their communities.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with community groups, volunteers, leaders and partner organisations. You will help communities achieve their goals, access new opportunities and build long-term resilience through one-to-one support, networking, training and small grants.

You will join a supportive team at Community Action Network, where no two days are the same. If you are passionate about inclusion, collaboration and helping communities thrive, we would love to hear from you. We would especially welcome applications from members of the BCP ethnically diverse community.
