We are looking for a Café Assistant to help us keep that heartbeat alive — someone who brings energy, care, positivity and creativity to everything from baking and barista work to supporting our amazing staff and volunteers.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy café — operating the till, making and serving good coffee, preparing delicious lunches, helping with cleanup and supporting our brilliant staff and volunteers.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a café, catering, or hospitality setting (preferable, but not mandatory)
- Confidence preparing and serving food and drinks to a high standard

- Willingness to support and train others as part of a team
