North East Law Centre is seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a senior management role within a fast paced, mission‑driven organisation. As the only Law Centre in the North East, we offer a rare chance to contribute to the Law Centre movement and help shape the future of our services delivering meaningful, tangible support to the people who need it most.

The ideal candidate will have strong project and line management experience, with the ability to lead teams and deliver all service and project outputs effectively. They will consistently meet targets while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high standard of client care, stakeholder engagement and strong organisational abilities. The candidate must also be able to produce high‑quality work on a consistent basis.
