What we’re looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking for a BRIC Practitioner for our West Berkshire Service.

This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

Your role will include.

· Delivering excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.

· Ensure the successful delivery of Recovery in Action programmes

· Take an active role in the wider team and be a strong advocate for recovery interventions.

· Develop partnerships with stakeholders who support our aims to develop opportunities for people.

· Engage and create strong partnerships with the voluntary and community sector (VSC), including Job Centres, Work programmes, local businesses, and employers.

· Ensure that all interventions are evidenced based, and recovery orientated.

· Facilitate, report on and take ownership of regular consultation with people who use our services.

· Supporting volunteers, peer mentors and service user representatives, engaging them to actively take part in i-access services.

· Co-facilitating SMART Recovery Groups and Recovery Café.
