We are looking for someone to join our busy and highly skilled Box Office team, working across Capital Theatre’s three Edinburgh venues: Festival Theatre, King’s Theatre and Studio Theatre.
About the role
The Box Office Sales Assistant is a key part of Capital Theatres’ sales operation. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while proactively driving ticket sales, memberships, donations, and cross- and up-selling opportunities across all performances and events. Working as part of a busy and fast-paced Box Office team, the post-holder provides accurate information, processes bookings efficiently, and builds positive relationships with audiences, helping to maximise attendance, income, and long-term customer loyalty.
