About Us: Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord with over 30 years’ experience supporting vulnerable people. We take a psychologically and trauma-informed approach to help individuals achieve independence, sustain tenancies, and build better futures.

The Role: This role is ideal for you if you have the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload, good listening and communication skills, display the ability to understand and follow policies and procedures as well as good writing skills to fill in care plans.

Support Workers at Target support people in their own homes and in their community.

  • Monitoring individuals’ conditions by taking their temperature, pulse, respiration and weight, and possibly helping with medication
