About the job

We are advertising for Bank Support Workers to work a variety of shifts across our accommodation projects across Manchester. You will provide a friendly and professional welcome to the residents coming in and out of the building, as well as spending time with residents who are in the communal areas. You will be responsible for doing building checks, dealing with emergencies, answering telephone calls, monitoring CCTV and undertaking minor domestic tasks. Shifts are: Nights - 20:45pm – 9:15am (7 nights) Evenings - 16:45pm to 21:15pm (weekdays) Weekends – 9:00am to 21:15pm (weekends) You will also have good IT and admin skills and have the ability to use computer-based systems for recording information (training provided). Experience of working with people who are homeless is essential. You must also be able to cover evenings, nights and weekend shifts. Do you have experience of working within a residential setting supporting people who are homeless?

Do you have good IT and communication skills, including written English?

Are you able to cover nights, weekend and daytime shifts as advertised, this may be at short notice
