Salary: £30,660 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours
Job Type: Fixed Term – Full time (Until May 2027)
Location: Balham & Working from Home – Hybrid working

About the role
The role of a Bank Coordinator is to provide support to Bank Workers during the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, ongoing support with queries, co-ordinating completion of training, engaging with bank workers and utilising reporting available from our e-rota and HRIS systems.
Duties will include:
- To develop relationships with operational colleagues and build knowledge of services across Certitude.
- To develop specialist knowledge of temporary staffing requirements for Certitude, and how bank workers can support service delivery on our contracts alongside having a good understanding of HR practice and Certitude’s policies and procedures.
- To provide support and guidance to bank workers, maintaining accurate records of that process and escalating any issues that are necessary to line manager, HR colleagues or other managers as needed.
- To provide first line customer support for internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of the Bank Service including supporting queries with pay.
- To maintain accurate and up to date records in relation to the administration and usage of Bank workers using specific IT systems.
About you
To be a Bank Coordinator at Certitude, the following are essential:
- Experience of building a rapport and communicating effectively with a range of people.
- Experience of using computer systems including the Microsoft packages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a complex workload effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships across a wide range of people.
- Ability to work independently.
