Project Description
The floating support service supports individuals living in their own homes who may be at risk of homelessness. The project provides housing related support and advice to individuals to develop the skills that people require to achieve their aims and ensure they live safely and independently in their home and community, maintaining their own home and sustaining their tenancies.
Purpose of Role
To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives. May also be required to carry own caseload.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
