Assistant Service Manager - Early Intervention & Outreach
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 with flexibility
Location: Full-time on site position, normal place of work is 10 Park Street, Bridgend

Project Description
This role covers multiple projects in Bridgend including Vesta, Early Doors, Outreach, Shoreline, Solutions & Leased Accommodation. Purpose of Role
To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the Services which fall under the responsibility of this role, ensuring objectives and targets are met in line with contract requirement and organisational values, working in partnership with internal stakeholders where required. To also assist in ensuring that staff and service users have the best possible support in place, allowing for the service to achieve its main aims and objectives.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential
