Salary
The pay band range for an Asset Manager is EVH Grade 9 (SM1 – SM3).
For 2026/27 this is £56,653 - £59,443.
Holidays
A total of 40 days leave are provided annually. The annual leave entitlement is 25 days plus 15 days public and local holidays. For part time positions leave is calculated pro rata.
Work/Life Balance
PHA promotes a work/life balance in relation to working hours. Our standard full-time working week is 35 hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
We offer the additional benefit of Flexi-time and Time off in Lieu (TOIL)
Pensions Scheme
PHA provides pensions through the Scottish Housing Association Pension Scheme (SHAPS).
Employer contribution is 10% for employees who contribute a minimum of 5% of salary.
Payment of Professional Fees
The Association will reimburse one set of annual fees paid by employees for membership of professional institutions when such membership is directly relevant to the work of PHA.
Prescribed Spectacles
The Association will contribute up to £120.88 towards the cost of prescribed spectacles if requested for VDU / Screen use.
