Wild in Art trails bring communities together through creativity, storytelling, and public engagement—raising vital funds to support the work of St Helena Hospice. Delivering these large-scale art events is a key part of growing our income and strengthening our connection with the local community.
Join us at St Helena as an Art Trail Project Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering our Wild in Art programme. You’ll oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of a major public art trail—working closely with artists, sponsors, partners, and internal teams to create an inspiring and impactful experience.
You will build and manage meaningful relationships with corporate sponsors, creative partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of the trail while maximising fundraising opportunities and community engagement.
Working closely with fundraising, marketing, and external partners, you’ll be at the heart of a collaborative team, bringing this high-profile project to life across the region.

This is a full time role on a 2 year fixed term contract, starting on 1st September 2026
£35,000 circa per annum
37.5 hours per week
St Helena, hybrid & site visits
Proven experience managing large scale projects, events or campaigns.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
Experience in income generation, sponsorship or fundraising
Strong project planning and organisational skills
Relevant project management experience (formal qualification or equivalent experience)
Highly orgainesd and self motivated

Processing fees
CloseWhen you make a donation to St Helena Hospice, we are charged transactional fees by other companies, including fees for processing payments made to us, looking up addresses and validating bank account details.
We are very grateful to our donors who offer to offset some of these fees with a minor addition to their total amount. This is however completely optional and we are very grateful for your support whether or not you choose to contribute to processing fees.
