The position of Advice Administrator is a new role being introduced to support the busy Student Advice Service at Cambridge SU, and will be the first point of contact for students seeking independent advice related to their studies at the University of Cambridge.  The post holder will work with the Student Advice Team to ensure student bookings are managed in an efficient manner, and case records are created and updated. General administrative support, as required, will be part of the role and workloads will vary at different points in the academic year. Understanding of confidentiality and data protection is integral to this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, self motivated and committed to handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality. 
This is a permanent, part-time position (10 hours per week). The role can be worked from home, although you'll need to be within reasonable travelling distance of our Cambridge office for occasional on-site working.
