We are now seeking an Administrator to join our Programmes teams at this pivotal time. This opportunity is available on permanent basis.

We are looking for an organised, compassionate, and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring survivors can access the support they need by coordinating referrals, managing enquiries, and providing administrative support across our services. The successful candidate will have experience receiving, processing, and responding to sensitive and potentially distressing information, demonstrating a trauma-informed, compassionate, and non-judgemental approach in all interactions.

About the Role

The Administrator is one of the first points of contact for survivors, professionals and partner agencies. You will coordinate and process referrals, maintain accurate records, support survivor communications and provide flexible administrative support across RCSL services.

  • Receiving and processing referrals across multiple services.
  • Responding to enquiries from survivors, professionals and partner agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
  • Supporting service delivery through high-quality administration.
  • Coordinating information, correspondence and documentation.
  • Supporting monitoring, audits and data quality checks.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
  • Identifying and escalating safeguarding concerns where appropriate.
  • Working collaboratively with service managers and colleagues to ensure effective referral pathways.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Compassionate, approachable and professional.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experienced in providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Skilled in communicating with a wide range of people, including vulnerable individuals.
  • Committed to trauma-informed, survivor-centred and anti-discriminatory practice.

Interview Process

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview, conducted via MS Teams.

Stage one: MS Teams with the Interim Head of Theraputic Services, Director of Programmes and one other panel member.

The whole process from advertisement to appointment, may take up to 3 -4 weeks.
