To provide a range of high-quality administrative services, to support the efficient running of the Estate Services team, ensuring all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for someone with:
• Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
• Experience within Social Housing Sector.

• You will be the first line of contact for enquiries and assistance
• Support the administration process to ensure the accurate and timely recording and response to all clients, service user and company communication, in accordance with agreed standard procedures.
• Support the provision of administrative duties to all functions within the Estate Services team
• Support processes of materials requisition, purchase order and invoicing, credit and debit invoices and the timely input of cost data to enable work orders to be completed and invoiced.
• General office duties including filing, photocopying, mail distribution and taking minutes and notes
• To carry out office management duties of the Estate Services office, monitoring stationary and overall condition of office, removal of any fire risks and reporting of concerns to the Operations Manager. Ensuring the appropriate number of Fire Marshalls and First Aiders for the needs of the office and team.
• Ensure the customer experience is central to all activities by adopting a professional manner when communicating with service users, clients, and both internal/external stakeholders This includes but is not limited to appearance, company ID, maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety requirements.
• Communicate with service users regarding ongoing work/s where required and liaison with colleagues to ensure accurate & timely information provided.
• Work with all team members including, administrators, operatives, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure an efficient and productive service is delivered to service users and client and to support the attainment and maintenance of high levels of satisfaction with performance delivery in accordance with agreed standard operating procedures.
• Keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Manager where damages occur.
