We’re looking for an Administrator for our Gloucestershire Service
As an Administrator you will handle telephone, email and in-person enquiries with empathy, accuracy and professionalism. You will act as the consistent point of contact for ongoing queries relating to new referrals, appointment bookings, or service processes. Maintaining accurate and timely records on the case management system is extremely important to this role. You will identify risks during referral screening and day-to-day contact, escalating concerns in line with Safeguarding policies. Assisting in other areas of administration including prescriptions and invoicing will be expected when the service requires this.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with people affected by substance misuse or other vulnerabilities. You should have confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly with diverse groups. In addition to this, strong IT skills are essential. It would be desirable if you understand safeguarding principles and have experience handling sensitive information.
This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.
We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
