Do You Want a Role Where You Actually Make a Difference Every Single Day?
Not paperwork.
Not routine.
Not just “another job.”
We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and life into our home.
Someone who can:
- Turn an ordinary day into something special

Your Mission
You’ll be the heartbeat of the home — designing and delivering activities that:
- Boost mental wellbeing and happiness
- Keep residents active, engaged, and connected
- Bring families, staff, and the community together
This isn’t just bingo and board games.
Think:
- Meaningful 1:1 moments

- Community outings
- Creative, personalised experiences
You will also:
- Get to know residents deeply — their stories, passions, and personalities
- Lead activities that truly mean something to them
- Work closely with the Home Manager on events and fundraising
- Help shape a vibrant, positive culture across the home
