Your Mission

You’ll be the heartbeat of the home — designing and delivering activities that:

• Boost mental wellbeing and happiness
• Keep residents active, engaged, and connected
• Bring families, staff, and the community together

This isn’t just bingo and board games.

Think:

• Meaningful 1:1 moments
• Themed events and celebrations
• Community outings
• Creative, personalised experiences

You will also:

• Get to know residents deeply — their stories, passions, and personalities
• Lead activities that truly mean something to them
• Work closely with the Home Manager on events and fundraising
• Help shape a vibrant, positive culture across the home
