We are seeking a warm, organised and detail-focused Supporter Care Administrator to join our Fundraising team at Longfield Hospice. This key role supports the day-to-day running of fundraising activity while ensuring every supporter receives excellent, compassionate care.
You will be central to delivering meaningful supporter journeys, handling donations and enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and helping build long-term relationships that support the hospice’s vital work.
Key responsibilities
- Process, receipt and thank donations, including in-memory gifts, with timely and personalised communication.
- Deliver excellent supporter care via phone, email, post and in person.
- Accurately maintain supporter data using Donorfy, ensuring compliance and high data quality.
- Support in-memory giving and legacy administration with sensitivity and care.
- Work with the fundraising team on events, campaigns and supporter journeys.
- Support volunteers and represent Longfield Hospice positively in the community.
About you
You’ll be highly organised, people-focused and confident handling sensitive information. Experience in administration, supporter care or fundraising is desirable, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Renaissance Choir
The Renaissance Choir, one of the leading non-professional chamber choirs on the South coast, seeks a new Music Director to take up post in September 2026, following the retirement of the current post-holder after 34 years.
The Renaissance Choir is an auditioned SATB choir of around 30 members. Rehearsals take place at the Emsworth Community Centre, PO10 7DD, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm on Friday evenings.
We put on at least four (and often five) concerts in S.E. Hampshire and West Sussex, and rehearse around 40 times a year. We present a varied, ambitious repertoire ranging from the Renaissance through to contemporary works.
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic individual with the skill to build on the existing high standard of performance of the choir, to develop the musicianship of its members, to help attract new singers, and to ensure continuing audience appeal.

Fakenham Choral Society (FCS) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Director from 23rd March 2026.
We are a registered charity formed in 1973, well established in the local community with a membership of 90 drawn from across north Norfolk. Although we have no formal auditions, our members are experienced choral singers used to four part harmonies. FCS has broadened its repertoire from the core choral works to pieces from Britten to Will Todd via Purcell and Hammerstein. The choir produces three concerts per year (hiring in orchestra and professional soloists) plus a very successful Come and Sing event.

As Writer and Editor, you are a vital part of ADF International because you bring our mission out into the world. In this role you will be part of Commonwealth Development Team and will report to our Supporter Engagement Manager. You will be responsible for the ideation and creation of English content, including website copy, newsletters, and print articles with the aim of repackaging Legal Communications content into informative, engaging storytelling that our supporters can understand.
This position will work closely with the Legal Communications and Development teams to understand our cases, audiences, messaging, storytelling and fundraising opportunities. Your Essential Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality anti-racist education sessions in schools and other learning environments.

Work directly with Black and People of Colour (BPoC) young people, providing facilitation, mentoring and advocacy

Support schools and educators to embed inclusive, anti-racist practice through training, guidance and constructive challenge.

Co-develop and refresh education resources in collaboration with the Education Programme Coordinator.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, partners and community stakeholders.

Contribute to monitoring, evaluation and reporting to demonstrate impact and support continuous improvement.

MHWBS aims are to address isolation, build confidence, provide skills and training, create opportunities for friendship and development of social skills, share experiences and strategies through peer support, learn life skills, combat stigma and support people into volunteering, work experience and employment. Members of MHWBS have identified a music workshop as beneficial to their recovery process. Instruments have been purchased and all we need now is someone who will bring that session to life. Responsibilities: You will work with a mixed ability group (there are no musicians, although two members have some knowledge of guitar chords) and others are happy to bang drums. Flexibility is essential in order to meet the expressed needs of group, but also experience of assessing skills and being able to guide the group accordingly. For instance, picking a song/methodology that involves all group members. You will be supported by Service Coordinator in planning and reflection of practice. Job Description Overview Ballard is seeking an inspiring Cello Teacher to join our award-winning, busy Music Department and be committed to the education and development of pupils from Years 3 to 11. Key Attributes/Experience: • Inspire the Ballard pupils with a love for all genres of music; classical, contemporary/ popular genres and jazz/improvisation. • Guide and support pupils learning through a rich balance of repertoire, technique, and musicianship skills. • Work with a high level of instrumental expertise and be proficient in a broad range of teaching and • • • learning approaches. Teach individual cello lessons (30 minutes) to pupils from beginner to advanced, as required by the Head of Music. Prepare pupils for individual graded exams from exam boards including ABRSM and Trinity and select exam boards with repertoire that compliments aspiring musicians’ interests and learning styles. Prepare appropriate repertoire as directed by the Head of Music for the practical GCSE music component and for our numerous concerts and live events. Advise and encourage pupils to engage in co-curricular music ensembles. Thoroughly prepare pupils for performances; solo, chamber music, band work etc. • • • Maintain good order and discipline in lesson time whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and • courtesy. Be aware and considerate of individual pupil needs by reporting them to and liaising with the Head of Music. • Organise timetables, using digital systems, that are suitable for the needs of the pupils and takes into consideration other school commitments (support from the Head of Music as needed). Be self-reliant and committed to Ballard School and the Music Department. • • • General Information: • • Our Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) are self-employed, and set their own hourly rate which currently is You may be asked to take part in school musical events. • • between £41 and £48 p/h. VMTs are responsible for invoicing the parents of the pupils they teach directly and pursuing unpaid invoices. The only exception to this is (if requested), to pay an administration charge of £2 (Excl. VAT) per invoice per child per term for the school to send out an invoice. The charge payable for the use of the school facilities is £3 (Excl. VAT) per child per 10 x 30 minute lessons. This charge is subject to annual review and VMTs will be given one term’s notice of any increases, normally to take effect at the beginning of each academic year. • Hours may vary (currently 1 hour per week) depending on pupil numbers and some flexibility is required as hours may change annually dependent upon pupil intake.
