Overview
We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner & Lunchtime Supervisor to join our hard-working and inclusive team, 10am-2pm Monday – Friday (Term Time Only) . South Lee Prep School & Nursery is a forward-thinking school that is always looking for ways to enhance learning and ignite intellectual curiosity in our children. • Current experience in a nursery setting.
Essential
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years (or willing to train)
• Good numeracy and literacy skills, preferably to GCSE Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
• Ability to use ICT effectively

• A paediatric first aid qualification
Key Responsibilities
1) Support for Pupils
• Develop a positive and supportive relationship with pupils
• Be aware of the differing needs of pupils
• Supervise and provide particular support for pupils, particularly those with special
needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
• Have high expectations and promote self-esteem and independence
• Provide feedback to parents in relation to their child’s daily care and progress
2) Support for the Room
• Have a sound knowledge and/or experience of the EYFS
• Use strategies, to support pupils
• Planning of learning activities
• Monitor pupils’ responses to learning activities and accurately record progress as directed
• Establish constructive relationships with parents/carers
• Take responsibility for the logging information on Tapestry
• Assist with Forest School sessions
3) Support for the Curriculum
• Undertake structured and agreed learning activities adjusting activities according to
pupil age.
• Undertake programmes of intervention, recording achievement and progress and
feeding back to the Nursery Manager
• Support the use of ICT in learn
• Display and presentation of learning cues and pupils work inside and outside of the
classroom environment, as required
4) Support for the School
• Undertake training and CPD as required
• Appreciate and support the role of other professionals
• Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required, at times, outside of her working hours.
• Assist with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times, including before and after school and at lunch time as required
• Accompany teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips and out of school activities as required and take responsibility for a group under the supervision of the teacher
• Be a role model for pupils and colleagues in terms of behaviour and attitude
• Be punctual and professional at all times

Clinical Psychologist - Northampton
This role is responsible for the provision of a high quality, evidence based and specialist programme of psychological assessment and support for people dealing with cancer.
You will contribute professional expertise to the Maggie’s MDT and integrated programme of cancer support for people living with the impact of cancer, aligned with the Clinical and Counselling Psychology Role Expectation Guidelines.
You will contribute to the Maggie’s organisational programme of psychosocial research and work closely with the Centre Head to develop and promote the programme of support.
You will contribute professional expertise to the Maggie’s MDT and integrated programme of cancer support for people living with the impact of cancer, aligned with the Clinical and Counselling Psychology Role Expectation Guidelines.
You will contribute to the Maggie’s organisational programme of psychosocial research and work closely with the Centre Head to develop and promote the programme of support.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for psychological leadership and the governance of psychological thinking, recording and activity undertaken within the centre team.
- Provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for people living with the impact of cancer by utilising a range of psychotherapeutic formats for support including individual, couples, family, group work, support groups and networking groups, and other mechanisms including psycho-educational formats such as workshops and lectures.
- Utilise theoretical and evidence based practice in relation to programme provision
- Record and report all data in relation to own work.
- Supervise centre staff regarding psychological aspects of programme provision and facilitate staff support and supervision meeting.
- Responsible with the Centre Head for training and development of staff and volunteers.
- Ensure the development and articulation of psychological best practice within the centre
- Develop and assure quality and evaluate Maggie’s programme in collaboration with the Centre Head, at a local and national level.
- Responsible for the management of psychological risk within the centre.

Skills, knowledge and expertise
- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996) and eligible for chartered status with BPS
- Contributing to and working within the context of a multi-disciplinary care team.
- Teaching/training and providing consultation to groups - professional or non-professional.
- Familiar with working from models of psychological wellness, the psychology of health, normal adjustment to illness and quality of life in contrast to a medical model of illness.
- Demonstrable skills in design and conduct of audit and research.
- Expert communicator able to convey complex, highly technical and clinically sensitive information to clients, families, carers and a range of lay and professional persons.

About the role
This role leads the day-to-day operational management and development of WGN’s Clinical Services, ensuring the delivery of innovative, safe, high-quality, survivor-centred, trauma-informed and culturally responsive services for survivors of VAWG. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of therapists and facilitators, overseeing therapeutic pathways, referrals, body therapies, group work, staff wellbeing and reflective practice, within a Black feminist and intersectional framework.
This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours per week worked over 4 days).
Job descriptionAs the Clinical Practice Manager, you will:

Provide operational and clinical leadership across the therapeutic team, overseeing all clinical pathways, referrals, assessments, case allocation, service integration, governance and safeguarding, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed and culturally responsive services.

Support counsellors and body therapists through line management, reflective practice, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, induction, performance management and ongoing professional development, embedding anti-oppressive, intersectional and survivor-centred practice.

Lead service development through data-informed practice, co-design and evaluation of new therapeutic initiatives, community wellbeing programmes, CPD delivery and inclusive recruitment, promoting innovation, accessibility and cultural responsiveness.

Oversee monitoring, evaluation and clinical governance, ensuring contractual delivery, robust data collection, impact reporting, service user involvement, ethical practice and adherence to professional and sector standards.

We have an opportunity for a professional, motivated, friendly person to join our team. We are a well established inviting team who are looking forward to having someone new join us.
Neath Port Talbot Prevention and Wellbeing Support provides generic floating support to the residents of Neath Port Talbot. Addressing housing, financial and personal difficulties, building the service users skills and confidence, improving their ability to maintain their accommodation, increasing their independence to achieve agreed goals.
Purpose of Role
This role is providing housing related support to the residents of Neath Port Talbot. You will coordinate and provide floating support that enables and empowers Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties, build their skills and confidence, and ultimately improve their ability to maintain their current or future accommodation. The support will not create or increase dependence. It will ‘do with’ rather than ‘do for’ to enable people to improve their control, understanding and involvement in dealing with the issues that affect them, and assist Service Users to achieve their preferred outcomes.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check
Please note: Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.

Inspiring young people is so important in our mission to protect wetlands. We believe the best way to inspire a future generation of nature advocates is to introduce children first hand to the super-powers of wetlands. Our Learning team helps with bringing awe and information in equal parts to thousands of school children every year!
With around 12,000 formal learners visiting the centre each academic year, we work together to ensurethat every school group has a positive experience as they explore the site. Key to this is offering anorganised and friendly welcome and supporting the arrival and navigation of school groups, andenhancing the self-guided experience for school groups when they are not in a guided learning session.
Your role will be to assist the Learning Team with preparatory tasks in advance of school visits, greetingand briefing school groups upon arrival, engaging learners during the self-guided portion of their visit,assisting with guided learning sessions, and to tidy up resources after schools have left.
Volunteers are an essential part of the WWT team. You'll get a warm welcome, including information on training, equipment and anything else you need.
