Salary: £42,707 (Full Time Equivalent)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 17.5 hours per week

We are now seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Housing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team to make a real difference by supporting our tenants and communities to thrive.

Reporting to the Housing Manager, the Housing Officer will be responsible to the tenancy and estate management of a local patch covering a range of tasks including:

Promote the values of Shire Housing ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Providing information advice and assistance to our tenants on a range of tenancy and estate matters.
Maximise the recovery of rent arrears in line with agreed targets
Promote consultation and participation amongst tenants and other residents.
