1 full time position 37 hours and 1 part time position 15 hours
Main purposes of the post
To provide efficient and effective administrative support to The Jenkins Project, The YP Project and the Counselling team.
To undertake administrative tasks associated with meetings, appointments and correspondence, client need and monitoring (inc. booking rooms, arranging appointments, taking and distributing minutes, receiving phone calls, clients and visitors, taking referrals over the phone and inputting data to various systems)
To assist with monitoring and evaluation of the project.
To input referrals received onto various systems, and ensure the referrals are complete and all required data is inputted.
To support in the preparation for group delivery, training delivery and other organisational requirements.
To take client referrals, manage incoming enquiries and liaise with local authority practitioners and other professionals to create case records.
To support the provision of timely contact with clients to introduce the services
To support promotion and awareness raising of the services

Make a real difference to children affected by domestic abuse in armed forces families.
We are looking for a compassionate, skilled and child-centred Intervention Engagement Worker to join our dedicated team supporting children and young people from armed forces families who have been impacted by domestic abuse.
This is a unique and rewarding role providing 1:1 emotional support, safety-focused interventions and trauma-informed guidance to help children build resilience, understand their experiences and feel heard.
You will work closely with parents/carers, schools, military welfare teams and partner agencies to ensure every child receives the holistic, joined-up support they need.

The Service Manager will work alongside our existing Service Manager to ensure all operations are effective, delivered to a high-quality and compliant with the contractual scope and quality standards. Ensuring professional, trauma informed and responsive services that actively seeks to engage victims to ensure our service; collaborate effectively with other services within the system to meet individual needs which ensures client safety and recovery from the abuse they have experienced including: Key tasks: – Day to day and line management supervision, recruitment, induction and training of staff/volunteers within the specialist team – Ensure the review, daily triage and allocation of cases; ensuring all cases identified as high risk of harm by University Hospitals Leicester (UHL), Helpline & Engagement service, other Freeva services +/or third-party agencies are assessed and referred to the Daily MARAC via MODUS where appropriate – Ensure the effective information sharing at MARAC including providing updates for reviews of cases as appropriate. – Undertake case management and case audits to ensure best practice is followed at all times – Deliver training and briefing sessions to staff and wider partners – Ensure safeguarding responsibilities have been met and referrals made to statutory agencies and partner services as appropriate – Ensure adequate cover across the specialist team including HIDVA, SDVC & MARAC
