Reporting to	Adult Service Manager/Senior Adult Service Manager
Hours	1 x 37.5 hr per week 1 × 16 hr per week
Salary	£26,325 per annum (Full-time)
Probationary Period 12-weeks	£11,292 per annum (Part-time)

Paces Sheffield is a specialist centre and charity for children and adults with neurological conditions (mainly	Description of Paces Sheffield:
cerebral palsy). Paces delivers Conductive Education: a holistic package of support that aims to help
individuals obtain the greatest level of independence through a range of supportive measures.
	Paces meets the physical and cognitive needs of individuals which are often not met holistically elsewhere.
	Paces Sheffield was established in 1995; the organisation was born out of the experiences of parenting pupils
with physical disabilities and their related learning difficulties.
	Parents, employees, governors and trustees have overseen the growth of Paces as a charity.
The school currently has 51 children from ages 3-18, and provides a personalised curriculum based on the	Paces School gained Non-Maintained Special SchoolI status in 2009 and were rated "Good" by Ofsted in 2019.
