You will be joining an established team of Admiral Nurses covering Midlands.
This role involves regular travel within the regions, so we are ideally looking for someone based in or near the area. You will work with clients in the community 3 days per week, with 2 days available to work from home. There may also be occasions when you will need to attend training and meetings at our hubs across the UK.
As an Admiral Nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing expert nursing support to carers, helping them navigate the complexities of dementia care. You will offer emotional and psychological interventions to alleviate the challenges of caregiving, especially at the early stages of diagnosis or pre-diagnosis, and continue supporting carers through the various stages of dementia, focusing on transitions, loss, and shifting relationships.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, conducting home visits to assess their needs and wellbeing, and develop individual intervention plans. You will empower carers by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to support someone with dementia, especially as behaviours change over time. Your work will ensure they can provide better care while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.

Join our team as an Admiral Nurse (East Sussex and West Kent), in partnership with Dementia UK, and make a real impact on those affected by dementia.
You will be joining an established team of Admiral Nurses covering East Sussex and West Kent.
This role involves regular travel within the regions, so we are ideally looking for someone based in or near the area. You will work with clients or from the office 3 days per week, with 2 days available to work from home. There may also be occasions when you will need to attend training and meetings at our hubs across the UK.
As an Admiral Nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing expert nursing support to carers, helping them navigate the complexities of dementia care. You will offer emotional and psychological interventions to alleviate the challenges of caregiving, especially at the early stages of diagnosis or pre-diagnosis, and continue supporting carers through the various stages of dementia, focusing on transitions, loss, and shifting relationships.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, conducting home visits to assess their needs and wellbeing, and develop individual intervention plans. You will empower carers by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to support someone with dementia, especially as behaviours change over time. Your work will ensure they can provide better care while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.
Beyond direct care, you will contribute to the continuous development of the service, assisting with the evaluation and improvement of dementia care practices. You will offer clinical guidance to colleagues and external agencies, providing training and educational resources to enhance the quality of care across the board.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a part-time Housekeeping Assistant to join our dedicated team at Lister House in Ripon, North Yorkshire. You’ll help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment by carrying out a range of housekeeping tasks to the highest standards. You’ll be supporting residents’ wellbeing through social interaction and exceptional service.
This Housekeeping Assistant role is permanent, part-time, working 16 hours per week (2 shifts over 7 days).
Rate of pay: £12.50 to £12.69 per hour

Key responsibilities:

- Ensure manual handling equipment and associated devices are routinely checked and cleaned for functional and safe use (reporting any damage if required).

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Care Supervisor to lead and supervise care teams at Dunkirk Memorial House.
Work pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 3 shifts over 7 days between 08.15 - 19.45.
As Care Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will create and update care plans that prioritise individual needs, promoting health, well-being, and independence. Assessing and managing risks will be key to ensuring beneficiaries feel safe while maintaining their autonomy. Monitoring physical, mental, and psychological health will be a core part of your role, ensuring timely interventions when needed.
You will also manage shifts effectively, mentor team members, and foster a positive and supportive working environment. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by engaging in quality assurance activities, training, audits, and policy development.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent.

- Strong skills in assessing needs, creating and evaluating care plans.
