Wells Cathedral School seeks to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager to join a busy team who will be responsible for our 3 payrolls (currently using WCBS Payroll Plus software). The post requires exceptional organisation and communication skills with a can do attitude, together with a willingness to go above and beyond. The successful candidate will ensure that the payroll database holds accurate data, including pay rates, personal details, PAYE/NI and other statutory body details and will line manage the day to day responsibility and tasks of our Payroll Assistant.
A Payroll related qualification such as CIPP, experience of working with a Payroll database and working knowledge of P11D administration and calculation are essential for this role.
