About the Role
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after systems, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is all about caring for our IT infrastructure and helping our staff and volunteers stay equipped to do what they do best — building church and reaching people.
You’ll work alongside our external managed service provider to maintain, develop, and improve our IT systems across Hillsong UK. From managing hardware and software to supporting staff with tech needs, your work will directly support the mission of the church.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the main contact between Hillsong UK and our external IT service provider.
- Provide second-line support for staff IT queries and requests.
- Manage hardware and software setup, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Oversee IT inductions and offboarding processes for staff.
- Maintain system security and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Manage software licenses and ensure we’re getting the best value.
- Administer MS365 and related environments (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Support hybrid working systems, including meeting room technology (Zoom, etc.).
- Lead on continuous improvement projects like moving to cloud-based environments.
- Explore opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance systems and efficiency.
- Support the IT needs for Hillsong Conference and other large events.

- Security training or certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Kandji or similar MDM tools is an advantage.

We’re looking for a Film Lead to join our Communications Team at Hillsong Church UK.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, creativity, and using film to inspire people and share the message of Jesus, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning and production of film projects that capture the heart and vision of Hillsong Church. From Sunday stories and key events to campaigns and creative projects, your work will help bring faith to life through film.
Key Responsibilities
Film Output & Strategy
- Lead the creation of film content that communicates the message and mission of Hillsong UK with creativity and excellence.
- Oversee the quality of all film and video content, ensuring consistency in message and style across every platform.
- Provide creative direction and support to ministries and departments producing video content.
- Develop and manage film content plans that align with major church events, series, and initiatives.
- Work closely with contractors, freelancers, and creative partners when needed.
- Encourage a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the film team.
Film Content Management
- Manage film-related budgets and process requisitions, invoices, and payments accurately and promptly.
- Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, freelancers, and production partners.
- Keep all film content and assets well organised and accessible.
Reporting and Feedback
- Track film projects, schedules, and outcomes to support forward planning.
- Review audience engagement and feedback to keep improving the creative strategy.
- Provide regular updates to the Communications Director on key activities and project outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support key events and conferences as part of the wider Communications Team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in film, video production, or creative content creation (experience in church or non-profit work is a plus).
- A degree or formal training in Film Production, Media, or Communications is desirable but not essential.

We’re looking for someone who loves to bring order, care, and creativity into everything they do. This role supports the Lead Pastor by helping carry forward key communications, events, guest hosting, and church-wide initiatives.
You’ll work closely with teams such as UK Locations, Sisterhood, Communications, and Events to help ensure plans are carried out smoothly and reflect the heart and vision of our church. This is a trusted and highly relational role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a warm, service-oriented approach.

What You’ll Be Doing
Events Support
- Work with the Events Team on run sheets, planning documents, and logistics.
- Assist in preparing visuals, signage, and styling for events.

- Assist with vendor communication and event reports.
Communications & Location Support
- Help share key updates and messages from the Lead Pastor to Locations and teams.

- Coordinate and distribute media assets, MC cards, and service resources.
- Gather updates and feedback from locations or focus groups for review.
Guest Relations Support
- Assist in welcoming and hosting guests in a way that reflects the heart and culture of Hillsong.
- Support the Executive Assistant with guest arrangements and communication.
- Liaise with departments to ensure practical hosting details are followed through.
- Prepare hosting environments and provide on-the-day support with hospitality.
- Coordinate guest gifts, greeting cards, and itineraries under the Lead Pastor’s direction.
- Support volunteers and teams to create a smooth and warm guest experience.
Administration & Systems Support
- Maintain accurate internal calendars and scheduling.
- Support with meeting coordination and follow-up.
- Assist with Concur system tasks, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Manage and organise digital files and team resources.
- Support general administrative and practical needs across departments.
Merchandise & Shopify
- Assist with communication between designers and suppliers.
- Support online store operations including stock updates and shipping.
- Help with stock checks and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Communications Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering Hillsong UK’s communication strategy across all channels and platforms. Working closely with the Communications Director, this role translates strategic direction into practical plans and ensures projects are completed to a high standard. The Communications Manager oversees workflows, supports team operations, manages campaigns and events, and ensures consistency in messaging across the organisation. This role helps share the voice of Hillsong UK through engaging and high-quality communication for both internal and external audiences.
What you’ll do:
- Project Management
- Coordinate and deliver departmental communication, branding, and marketing projects following strategic direction.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to keep projects on track.
- Turn vision and strategy into practical project plans and maintain efficient workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Media, or equivalent experience.
- Project management experience or qualifications beneficial.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and campaigns.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of integrated communications across digital, print, social, and in-person channels.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) advantageous
