Executive Assistant
This position provides comprehensive, detail-focused support to a senior executive at the Group level. The ideal candidate will be seasoned, highly organised, and an excellent communicator, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a complex environment. Prior experience directly supporting a C-suite Executive within a large, multinational conglomerate is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, prioritising communications and requests
- Coordinate and organise meetings and business activities, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents where applicable
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Process expense reports and manage invoices
- Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in multinational enterprises
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- Significant ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee annual salary review, bonus process, and payment of allowances
- Establish and maintain salary ranges to ensure market alignment, and prepare remuneration packages for new-hired, promotion and separation
- Conduct job evaluation and salary benchmarking
- Manage group subscriptions with our Group’s operating companies and external consultants
- Formulate and review policies and guidelines related to employment terms and conditions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure proper tax arrangement and tax equalisation are implemented in host locations for seconded employees
- Fulfil reporting requirement of our Group Retirement Benefits Scheme, and relevant government rules and regulations
- Identify and evaluate improvement areas in terms of total remuneration plan designs to facilitate the effectiveness and efficiency of plan administrations
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and advise senior of actions required

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 10 years’ Compensation & Benefits experience, of which 5 years in managerial role
- Knowledge in job evaluation systems, Korn Ferry/Hay system are desirable
- Hands-on experience of using HR information systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy and integrity in handling confidential information
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
