We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Coaches to work across our 'Premier League Kicks', 'Get Involved' and other community outreach projects. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions, and will join a team of experienced and dedicated coaches, using sport and youth work to help young people better their lives.

Job Description
As a Community Engagement Coach you will:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions which focus on developing life skills along with fundamental football skills and techniques;
- Promote enjoyment for the game across the whole 'Premier League Kicks' programme, including Disability and Girls sessions;
- Support in the delivery of tournaments and matches, refereeing or managing young people, ensuring they all receive equal playing time and experience;
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants, parents, community partners and other coaching staff;
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during sessions and matches, adhering to Foundation policies and procedures;
- Maintain accurate records for monitoring and evaluation to include attendance and feedback.
Person Specification
As successful candidate you will:
- Have experience in coaching football, ideally within a community environment, with a proven track record of success;
- Be a FA/UEFA qualified coach, ideally at Level 2/UEFA C, or have an appropriate youth work qualification;
- Have a passion for making a difference to young people’s lives;
- Be reliable, organised, flexible and wiling to learn;
- Be available for evening, weekend and/or holiday work.

As Strength & Conditioning Coach you will:
- Implement a physical development programme for players within the Player Development Pathway (ages 8-16);
- Design and deliver high quality sessions throughout a 30-session season, for multiple age groups;
- Run physical testing for all players and share results alongside personalised development plans for each participant;
- Maintain a comprehensive database of work conducted with players and coaches;
- Support team coaches in their delivery, helping to integrate Strength & Conditioning into each session;
- Work as part of the wider Football Development team to ensure high quality sessions are provided to each young player.
Person specification
As successful candidate you will:
- Have a passion for youth sports development;
- Have experience working with players aged 8-16 in a sport setting;
- Have (or working towards) a qualification in BSc Sports Science / BA Physical Education and Primary Years or other related degrees;
- Hold (or be working towards) a UK Strength and Conditioning Accreditation (UKSCA, ASCC or other bodies).

Job Description
As Senior Primary Education Coordinator you will:

Oversee the Foundation’s school contracts and partnerships, including being the main point of contact for schools, organising the programme's schedule, managing the programme's budget, and quality assurance checking our coaches through site visits, ensuring current contracts are renewed and new business is taken on each year;

Line manage the Foundation’s full-time coaches, supporting their continuous professional development in collaboration with their schools and the Primary Education Manager;

Lead on the planning and delivery of the 'Premier League Primary Stars' programme, including the creation and updating of educational resources and upskilling staff;

Coordinate the Foundation’s after school club programme, including organising clubs through the Foundation’s booking system, the promotion of clubs to schools and participants, the management of part time coaches, and development of new business;

Plan and deliver an internal CPD calendar for Foundation coaches each year, organising engaging content so that coaches can effectively deliver the programme;

Oversee collection of data for all parts of the programme required for Premier League report writing, and updating online monitoring systems, including the creation of impactful case studies.
