We are looking for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team and provide our Clinical Nursing Specialists with support in the GDSS team.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of the role include the following:
- To assist the qualified staff in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of nursing care delivered.
- To assist qualified nursing staff in general care of patients; on admission, preparation for tests, transfer and discharge.
- To assist in the bathing and personal hygiene of patients and to be attentive to their individual needs.
- To assist and participate in the clinical observation of patients e.g. TPR, P, BP etc.
- To help in the turning, lifting and walking of patients when instructed and assisted by qualified staff.
- To collect specimens as instructed.
- To assist in escorting ambulant patients to hospital departments and /or to accompany qualified nursing staff in the transfer of patients.

We are looking for an experienced Breast Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Outpatient team. The role will involve working in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to breast patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice, providing specialist, high quality, expert nursing care and support for patients and their carers with a diagnosis of breast cancer.
You will join a team providing exceptional nursing care throughout the patients’ journey, (Outpatients and Inpatients) to all breast cancer patients of New Victoria Hospital. As part of a dedicated team, you'll work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients, within the framework of New Victoria’s and Bupa’s London Diagnostic and Secondary Care services policies and procedures.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Band 6 MSK physiotherapist for up to 18 hours/week. You will be working within a team of highly experienced physiotherapists. It will include 1 evening shift to 8pm once a week, weekday cover for late orthopaedic surgery and participation in our weekend rota. The candidate must have a suitable level of previous MSK outpatient and orthopaedic experience, good time management skills and good communication skills. The candidate will be expected to work independently without direct supervision and will need to be self-sufficient. The pay rate is dependent on experience.
The successful applicant must be willing and able to commute to our site.
You must be HCPC and CSP registered.
