This will include the creation and sustaining of healthy connect groups across the church, and the appointment, development and care of lay leaders. - OUTREACH - oversee outreach ministry across the parish, particularly through Lighthouse and Hey Baby ministries, serving people in need in our local community and reaching those outside the church with the hope of Jesus. - PRAYER - oversee the prayer life of All Saints West Ham, ensuring that a commitment to prayer is at the heart of the church. A personal commitment to prayer is essential. - EVANGELISM - oversee evangelism across the parish, ensuring that a commitment to making new disciples remains at the centre of the vision of the church. This will include oversight of regular Alpha courses, and other missional activity. - WORSHIP - oversee the worship life of the parish, ensuring the prioritisation of worship in all aspects of the life of the church. - SAFEGUARDING - play a key role, working with the Rector, Staff Safeguarding Lead, and Parish Safeguarding Officer to take SAINT a proactive and diligent approach to safeguarding within the parish.
