About the role
We have a position available for Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Lead, (Nights) to work in Guild House residential home, where we specialise in supporting older people, living with or without dementia, to live full and independent lives where possible. Our care and lifestyle plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents which makes this a varied role, with opportunities to a make positive impact through enabling residents to live well.
We are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate with experience in care work who will ensure that our residents are at the heart of everything and always treated with respect and dignity.

We require you to have:
Experience in medication administration
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held.

About the role
We have a position available for Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Lead, (Nights) to work in Guild House residential home, where we specialise in supporting older people, living with or without dementia, to live full and independent lives where possible. Our care and lifestyle plans are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents which makes this a varied role, with opportunities to a make positive impact through enabling residents to live well.
We are looking for someone who is caring and compassionate with experience in care work who will ensure that our residents are at the heart of everything and always treated with respect and dignity.

Experience in medication administration

About the role
We have a 16 hour per week contract available for a Day Support Worker in our beautifully kept day service for older people living with dementia.
Shifts are 4hrs, no evenings, or bank holidays.
At the Kimbrose Club we specialise in supporting older people, living with dementia, to live fulfilled life within their communities, by providing a wide variety of activities, keeping minds activity, and engaged, reducing anxiety, loneliness, and isolation.
Main Responsibilities
You will support the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our club members by:
· Assisting club members with personal care
· Providing physical and mental stimulation by facilitating and taking part in recreational activities with club members
· Monitoring club members wellbeing and health and maintaining care plans.
· Administering medication.
· Assisting with appropriate levels of fluid and nutritional intake.
· Generally promoting our club members’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect
· Providing cover for the Kitchen Assistant when they are on leave.
· Act as a driver, escort when necessary.
· Delivering the very best standards of personal care, activities, and recording all actions.

About the role
We have a 16 hour per week contract available for a Day Support Worker in our beautifully kept day service for older people living with dementia.
Shifts are 4hrs, no evenings, or bank holidays.
At the Kimbrose Club we specialise in supporting older people, living with dementia, to live fulfilled life within their communities, by providing a wide variety of activities, keeping minds activity, and engaged, reducing anxiety, loneliness, and isolation.
Main Responsibilities
You will support the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our club members by:
· Assisting club members with personal care
· Providing physical and mental stimulation by facilitating and taking part in recreational activities with club members
· Monitoring club members wellbeing and health and maintaining care plans.
· Administering medication.
· Assisting with appropriate levels of fluid and nutritional intake.
· Generally promoting our club members’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect
· Providing cover for the Kitchen Assistant when they are on leave.
· Act as a driver, escort when necessary.
· Delivering the very best standards of personal care, activities, and recording all actions.

A primary aspect of this role is to demonstrate what good care looks like to the CAS Team so you must lead by example.
We are keen to recruit an individual who wishes to promote a positive workplace culture and shares our values. You must be compassionate, caring and hardworking – with at least 2 years’ experience in a care setting for older people and preferably with an NVQ/QCF 3 in Care or equivalent or a willingness to complete any study commensurate with the role.
Ideally you will have experience in medication administering, leading shifts and digital care planning although full training will be provided on all our systems.
Please note this is primarily a supernumerary role but there is an expectation to work on the floor when needed.

We are keen to recruit an individual who wishes to promote a positive workplace culture and shares our values. You must be compassionate, caring and hardworking – with at least 2 years’ experience in a care setting for older people and preferably with an NVQ/QCF 3 in Care or equivalent or a willingness to complete any study commensurate with the role.
Ideally you will have experience in medication administering, leading shifts and digital care planning although full training will be provided on all our systems.
Please note this is primarily a supernumerary role but there is an expectation to work on the floor when needed.
