Welcome to our Diocese of St Albans Vacancies pages. We are always looking for passionate and talented people to join us and this section lists all our job opportunities presently available across our diocese.
All vacancies within this Diocese other than appointments made by schools which are subject to different rigorous requirements, are dealt with according to our Statement of Safeguarding Principles and some positions will require an Enhanced DBS check before appointment.

We seek a priest who will help us:
by leading us in the Christian faith (sermons, study groups) in an accessible way, encouraging the joy of worship, in sympathy with our traditions.
by leading us in pastoral matters, developing ministry among the congregations.
by having an interest in children’s and youth activities, developing the links with St. Giles School and young people in the villages, and
by engaging in the two villages and promoting the mission of the church.
