YOUTH WORKER – QUINTON YOUTH FOR CHRIST

Quinton Youth for Christ are looking for a part-time youth worker to lead their Friday night youth group ‘Diverge’, with a view to leading other areas of ministry after an initial period of establishing Diverge. The charity seeks to see more young people encounter Jesus. The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for Jesus and evangelism. They will also show the ability to lead effectively, think strategically and co-ordinate various projects.

Interview date: during w/c 3rd August 2026

Rate of pay: £15 per hour, with an initial agreement of 12 hours per month during term time.

There is an occupation requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. You will also be required to sign our statement of faith and code of conduct.
