Youth Worker – Knaresborough Youth Club

Our youth clubs provide safe, welcoming spaces where young people can build confidence,
develop skills, make friends and access support.
As a Youth Worker, you’ll help plan and deliver engaging activities,
build positive relationships with young people and create an inclusive environment where
everyone can thrive.

Salary: £26,403 per annum pro rata (£13.54 per hour)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people, particularly those with additional needs
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
• Can confidently lead youth work sessions and support a team of volunteers
• Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Holds, or is willing to work towards, a Level 2 Youth Work qualification
