We’re looking for a dynamic Youth Worker to join the Salford Archdeaconry Team and help grow a vibrant, visionary Youth Ministry that reaches every young person. In this exciting role, you’ll champion and strengthen youth ministry across churches, spark new Christian groups and fresh expressions of worship for 11–18s, resource creative initiatives ranging from Youth Sacred Spaces to outdoor worship, collaborate with schools to support key transition moments for pupils, and work alongside clergy, leaders, and the Diocesan Youth Officer to shape transformational opportunities for young people.
