The children and young people we work with in Tower Hamlets are 5-19 years old; we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the qualities, motivation, and enthusiasm, and the skills, to create positive experiences that help children and young people to be safer, happier and more hopeful.

The role is full time and learning hours within the working pattern will be agreed with the successful applicant. Usual business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to be flexible in their working pattern and hours to meet the needs of the service i.e. to attend youth sessions, workshops with children and young people, or events.

The team are community based so the ability and flexibility to travel across Tower Hamlets, and to other locations for training or work, is essential. The post holder may occasionally be required to work independently within office or community settings.

The salary range advertised is in line with our pay principles, for consistency and fairness while recognising the skills and experience applicants bring to the role.
