About
Covent Garden Dragon Hall Trust is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Play & Youth Worker to provide maternity cover for a 16-hour-per-week role supporting after-school clubs and youth sessions for children and young people aged 8–19. Working across Monday, Tuesday and Friday, the postholder will deliver engaging activities, build positive relationships, safeguard young people, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where young people can develop confidence, skills and a sense of belonging. The role involves supporting a range of programmes, including after-school clubs, girls’ and intermediate youth clubs, and holiday provision, while working collaboratively with a dedicated team committed to high-quality youth work and young people’s wellbeing
