About us
We, at Antonine Court are a standalone centre, our main ethos is providing a
person-centred approach to supporting young people who utilise the service
and seeing beyond disabilities with a unique family friendly feel.
Antonine Court has been established for more than 30 years and is a centre of
excellence in its field. The staff shared vision of providing the highest level of
care and support to educate and enable those young people with varying
abilities and their families to reach their full potential within their own goals and
aspirations whilst having lots of fun.
We are a day resource based in Drumchapel, Glasgow. We provide a safe
nurturing environment using a holistic and therapeutic approach and focus on
enabling everyone to reach their own potential whilst keeping it fun. We offer a
timetable of activities which is tailored around individuals’ outcomes, likes and
choices.

practice every day. In return you will be part of a friendly supportive
professional team and receive:
· 32 days holiday per annum and increases after 5 and 10 years.

Job requirements
· Preferred that you have experience in a similar role working with young
people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, complex needs, epilepsy,
and Autism. This may not be necessary should you possess the right qualities,

skills and learning attitude that shows that you are open and happy to grow
and develop with the organisation, then you’re the person for us!
- Must have SVQ3 childcare
· Fully flexible
· Be able to follow a detailed care plan along with completing daily logs.
· Be vaccinated against COVID 19 and be willing to continually receive any
recommended boosters.
· Be willing to volunteer for the occasional social evenings.
· Be inclusive of all, friendly and approachable.
· Taking ownership of your role, assessing risk, organising, and using excellent
communication skills.
· Team working and ability to use your own initiative.
