About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strategic and developing ministry amongst Young Adults. The successful candidate will work within a supportive, enthusiastic team and will have significant scope to shape their work and how YouShape grows.
About you
If you love to foster good relationships as a team player, enjoy varied work, are able to plan, organise and coordinate several activities and events and have a passion to work with young adults, we would love to hear from you.
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with us - around 50% of our staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins our work. However, all our staff do have a desire to make a difference.
