Young Carer Community Worker covering Ross-Shire (CYC025)
Job Description
Young Carer Community Worker to support young carers aged 5–24 across Ross-shire.
In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with young carers, schools and partners to provide vital support, raise awareness, and create opportunities for young people to connect, build confidence and thrive. From organising activities and respite breaks to delivering school sessions and one-to-one support, you’ll play a key part in ensuring young carers are seen, heard and supported.
