The Nelson Trust are an award‑winning charity with 40 years’ experience supporting people to recover from addiction, trauma, and multiple unmet needs. As we expand the WRNA programme nationally, we’re looking for a WRNA Themis Support Specialist to help women’s centres confidently and consistently use our Themis Case Management System (CMS).

This role supports the technical onboarding, data quality, and performance monitoring of the Themis CMS. You’ll ensure centres are data‑ready, confident using the system, and meeting WRNA quality standards.
This is not an IT helpdesk role, it’s a service‑focused position working closely with practitioners, managers, and partners.

  • Lead onboarding and configuration of the Themis CMS.
  • Support user access, permissions and system readiness.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, and performance.
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
  • Support compliance with data protection and information governance.
  • Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM or case management systems in service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data quality and performance monitoring.
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
  • Experienced in digital/system change and onboarding.
  • Highly organised, calm, and solutions‑focused.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to travel nationally.
  • Make a real impact on women’s services nationwide.
  • Be part of a supportive Learning & Development team.
  • Hybrid working + 25 days holiday (pro rata) + public holidays.

We have become known for the quality of our work and ability to provide bespoke care and support services. While we are proud of our achievements so far, we are ambitious and want to continue to grow and diversify our workforce.

We recognise that employees from different backgrounds bring unique knowledge, perspectives and experiences and we are committed to increasing the diversity of our workforce and welcome applications from individuals across all sectors of society.

This is an opportunity for new, challenging and highly rewarding experiences. Our staff make a real difference to people’s lives and in return for your commitment and enthusiasm, we offer a comprehensive training and development programme a generous pension scheme and a positive working environment.
