West Dunbartonshire Council’s Youth Learning Team are recruiting for a Working 4U Assistants to support the operational delivery of frontline services across West Dunbartonshire.

The postholder will develop and deliver high quality provision to young people to enhance their personal, social and educational skills, allowing them to live their life to their full potential.
If successful you will take a lead role, within the Youth Learning Team, in developing partnerships with youth agencies to ensure effective delivery of services for our young people. The post holders will be expected to undertaken sessions during unsociable hours inclusive of evenings and weekends.
The team deliver key projects across several areas, Youth Empowerment, Education and Community Youth Work supported by Working4U Development Officers and Working4U Assistants.
