Job vacancy: Women’s Wellbeing Navigator Kettering Women’s Centre 12 hours per week (over 3 days) C2C Social Action is a Christian charity working across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. We support individuals, many with lived experience of the criminal justice system, to break cycles of offending and disadvantage—and step into brighter, more hopeful futures. Our services include women’s centres, a men’s hub and housing project, a community garden, and a range of specialist support projects. Please see our website for further information Job Vacancies | C2C Social Action We’re looking for a Women’s Wellbeing Navigator. The centre provides a safe space for women to attend and access support services from a multitude of service providers. The centre also provides a space for professionals to co locate to provide an excellent and comprehensive support package to the women. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all who access the centre including service users and professionals from partnering agencies Creating Action Plans to assess service users’ needs and monitor progress and keeping up to date clear records 1-1 case work and managing own caseload Assist with facilitating centre activities and courses Support with the day-day running of the Centre Motivating and encouraging engagement in support groups You’ll need to be: Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement: Due to the nature of the role, and in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010). Understanding and knowledgeable of the barriers faced by people with complex and multiple needs Strong in IT skills including proven experience of using Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledgeable of the criminal justice system ✨ Why Join C2C?
