We are currently seeking a new Women’s Academy Performance Analyst to work within our Women’s Academy.
The purpose of the volunteer role is to ensure the women’s first team have a high number of home grown players. This role supports the development of academy players through performance analysis

- Analyse veo footage from U16/18 matches and report back as requested
- Provide video clips where relevant to players and coaches to aid performance
- Analyse veo footage with relevant players and staff across the whole academy
- Complete analysis of training sessions where relevant and provide feedback
- Be aware of the PUFC policies, procedures & best practise so that concerns of non-compliance can be raised at all times e.g. Safeguarding, Inclusion, Diversity, Data Protection, Health and Safety
- Support the development of a positive culture within the academy
- Maintain a safe environment for everyone at all times
The successful person will prioritise their own development and learning. They will be enthusiastic and be happy to work as part of a wider team.
Essential experience, qualifications and skills
- FA DBS check
- FA Safeguarding Children Workshop
- FA Emergency First Aid
- Experience of performance analysis or coaching football
- Good communicator
- Conflict resolution skills
- Proactive
- Professional
