Brathay has secured new funding to deliver Wellbeing and Resilience group support to children, young people, and families across Bradford. We are excited to be part of the new
Youth in Mind: Connect partnership—working alongside All Star Ents., Barnardo’s, Family Action, Invictus Wellbeing and led by Bradford District and Craven Mind (BDC Mind).

Together, we will deliver a blend of engaging group activities and some one‑to‑one support designed to build emotional wellbeing, resilience and a sense of belonging—helping children, young people and families feel like their best selves within their communities.
You will be part of Brathay Trust’s vibrant, passionate Bradford team, well‑established within Early Help and strongly connected across statutory and voluntary partners.
- Engage children and young people referred for support
- Design and deliver group programmes that promote wellbeing and resilience
- Offer short-term 1:1 support where needed
- Help prevent escalating needs and reduce pressure on mental health services
- Be part of a supportive, committed team making real impact
- Help shape a new, evidence‑based and trauma‑informed service
- Work collaboratively with leading VCS organisations
- Make a meaningful difference to families across Bradford
