This role is working under the direction of the Progression and Wellbeing Manager, the postholder will lead on the coordination of student wellbeing check-ins, manage day-to-day pastoral concerns, and facilitate early intervention and referral to internal and external support services.

This role will help ensure that every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn, contributing to a positive college culture where wellbeing and personal development are at the heart of practice.
