About the role

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full-time Wellbeing Coach to join our Living Well Derbyshire/Derby Wellbeing Service.

As a Wellbeing Coach, you will support individuals to improve their wellbeing by helping them identify goals, build resilience, develop self-care strategies, and overcome social challenges. Working as part of the Living Well Derbyshire/Derby Wellbeing Service, you will engage with people in their local communities, providing coaching and recovery-focused support to individuals and their families accessing mental health services. Embedded within the Living Well team and working alongside partner organisations, you will play a key role in empowering people to achieve positive outcomes and improve their overall wellbeing.

You will receive appropriate support to enable you to feel empowered to fulfil this role.
