Nepacs is a values-led charity supporting people affected by the criminal justice system. We work alongside individuals and families at times of challenge and change, offering practical, emotional and wellbeing support that helps people move forward.

We are looking for a Wellbeing Coach to join a multi-agency programme led by The Wise Group, supporting men under probation supervision across the North East.

This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building positive relationships and helping others overcome barriers, improve their wellbeing and achieve their goals.

As a Wellbeing Coach, you will provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing emotional distress, instability or other challenges linked to custody, resettlement and community life. Through coaching, mentoring and wellbeing support, you will help people build resilience, develop coping strategies and take positive steps towards a brighter future.
